Good quality product. I bought both the white and black heart collars. It shipped to Australia in two weeks, which was much sooner than expected delivery date (Roughly a week). I am very happy with my purchase. I do recommend this product as it is good quality and set at a very good price. May not be able to see on the product page but the collar has good texture. Did not communicate with seller as it was not necessary.

extremely cute!! its exactly like the picture and the quality is amazing despite the fact its very cute,, the straps of the choker are too long/too big even with it to the smallest button. but thats okay because i can make the choker tighter with a safety pin. however, it would be nice if the buttons would be adjusted to the right place. the package came undamaged and shipping was very fast!! it only took about 2 weeks and overall, i would definitely recommend this product :) its unbelieveable for its price

i bought the red colour. it is very similar to the product despite the colour in the picture looking darker than it does in person. in real life it's more like a red mixed with some pink.
